Applicants should have a track record of self-initiative, leadership, collaboration, creativity and grit in the creation and execution of impactful projects without supervision. Your commitment is real and not just a CV-enhancer - you are craving to get your hands dirty.

We are furthermore looking for individuals who can enhance the diversity of backgrounds and skillsets in our team, and who have a genuine interest to get socially involved with our group outside of the project work.
